1- The goods will be shipped within 3 working days after a cleared payment.
2- We send goods via DHL/FeDex/UPS/TNT/Postal parcel, also can send to your forwarder if you have.
3- Due to the import duties, taxes are not included in the goods price and shipping charges, they should be borne by buyers and buyers are responsible for any destination customs problem.
4- Please consult your country's customs office to see if any additional costs you need to bear before bidding/buying.
5- Import tax is out of control, if you have a special request from us to declare lower value to minimize the import tax you need to pay, please inform us the details upon your payment, we will do as per your instruction.

Q: What's the MOQ and lead time?
A: For our existing mold items, normally we don't have strict MOQ, samples or trial order is available.
Our sample lead time 2-3days, our production lead time is 10-15days, which also based on the order quantity.

Q: Can I brand the items with our own logo/Brand?
A: Yes, we do provide OEM & ODM service.
Also, we will provide you with the best solution according to your situation.

Q: Will you provide samples and how much is it?
A: Yes, we will. Sample will be provided after design is confirmed. Sample fee includes the price for mold.
Sample fee will be refunded after orders are placed. Please do not worry about that.
